The website was misleading in that it indicated acceptance of AMEX, when this is not the case. I ordered an item not in stock and the order was accepted, but then cancelled. I went to the depot on another matter, and explained my experience. The whole thing was sorted out in about 5 minutes and I received a product within 24 hours - though not the brand I originally ordered, one that was explained to me as being better.
The company is extremely proficient when you speak to the right guy, but its website and online service need to be improved.

The product was the cheapest around. It was dispatched and delivered in very good time with regular emails updating me on its progress.
The product came with everything it needed to be set-up and run.
The only small odd thing was that it didn't look like what it did on the picture, it was a much smaller card - almost identical to the 2400 series. I tworks exactly like a 2600 so I'm not complaining!
