Taylors were let down by the supplier who sent the wrong items and the delivery service who did not perform at all well.

The problem was with their suppliers packaging. I would suggest that the packaging was not appropriate for Mail order.The lack of instructions and a parts list may challenge some people when assembling this item. If these were available online to be printed when ordered it would resolve the issue.

When I ordered I received an email stating the estimated time delay for delivery. It is customary to notify the customer when an item is ready for despatch, but I received no such notification. I had a phone call from the carrier to arrange delivery, but nothing from the seller to advise.

ON delivery 2 packs of glass were broken (12 panes), Panel damaged, bag of attachements open and items missing.Hinges bent and damaged.One piece missing for the roof. On assembly one support post warped beyond use.

The service I received from Taylors was excellent. However the product came direct from the manufacurers, MPB Garden Buildings Ltd. The building instructions were lacking in detail and caused some initial problems, most overcome by quess work.

Delivery was a pain - courier repeatedly tried to deliver when we were out. Very inflexible about when they could deliver and couldn't give even give a morning or afternoon time slot. Quite rude on the phone. Product disappointing for the price Extra un-ordered item was delivered and despite repeated calls to Taylors has not been picked up
