I didn't find out until after the order that both of the products I ordered were not actually in stock. Their communication via e-mail was very good, but I still haven't received the goods (despite the fact that my credit card has been charged). I'd still buy from them in the future, but only if no one else had the product or they were significantly cheaper.

Only after I placed the order was I told the item wasn't in stock. If the website had told me the item was out of stock I wouldn't have placed the order.

All I can say is that I had no problem with the service; everything went as expected. I will be placing continued orders for yhe product I purchased or somthing similar- prices are excellent for the product in question.

I found the website easy to navigate, with detailed product descriptions and simple payment / account setup instructions. I haven't received my order yet, but as I ordered between Christmas and New Year I am not concerned about the delivery time as I can understand there may be postal delays at this time of year.

Never experienced such perfect service! Excellent packaging and communication, even when my order was tiny (a single hockey stick and its bag) - every single step of the order, from confirmation to delivery was received by email, so I could tell exactly how quickly my order was going to arrive.
